Product Description
In a precious book small enough to fit into every pocket, backpack and briefcase, a noted scholar of the world’s oldest writings illuminates a clear road to good fortune and happiness.
Through his study of the ancient tomes–Upanishads, Bhavagad-Gita, and the I Ching–Chris Prentiss has discovered and distilled a marvelous collection of secrets-simple, timeless sayings accompanied by practical application to contemporary life. The first of several volumes meant to steer the reader on a safe course to enlightenment and prosperity, The Little Book of Secrets: 81 Secrets for Living a Happy, Prosperous and Successful Life is a practical guide for all of us who yearn for simple guidance based on principles that have stood the test of centuries.
A classic book of wisdom in the tradition of Kahlil Gibran, The Little book of Secrets is the key to fulfillment and happiness. In the words of the author, “Being wonderfully happy, having great abundance, experiencing exciting good fortune and being spectacularly successful are not accidents, but the direct result of our actions. Knowing these timeless secrets leads us to the attainment of those treasured goals, while keeping us safe from the pitfalls that lie in the path of the unenlightened.”

This is the fourth book written by Chris Prentiss that I have bought and it is right up there with the others that are absolutely excellant.
Whilst the best way of gaining wisdom is through personal experience, reading this book of wisdom going back hundreds of years allows readers gain insights into the workings of the universe they might otherwise miss during their lifetime here on earth. Of course, it is one thing to read about these secrets, another to comprehend their lessons and even more difficult to apply in our daily interactions with others.
One thing is certain, if you can fully understand the so called secrets your life will become easier than if you had never known their teachings.
The author, Chris Prentiss was taught many wrong lessons in his childhood years that made him realise his life was not working properly and he had to correct many faults of his making with others.
Fortunately, Chris went the extra mile in searching out other people’s wisdom so that he could determine right from wrong in his own life and has written about them in many books.
I can honestly say this author’s books are the real deal and get down to what is important in life like no other writer does with the possible exception of Dr. Phil Mcgraw - but these books are somehow different.
I am so pleased to have found them.
