All of these have affected American society, and each of them has had an affect on one another in some way and what are their causes such as; did war cause prosperity and did priosperity cause industry?

USA is in a straight path of decline for more than the reasons you just mention above.
The top 20% income earners “anyone’ above $ 105,000 annual have 85% of the nations wealth!
The bottom 80% income earners get to fight over 15% of the available nations wealth!
Then you have 96 million citizens available to work but are NOT in the IRS system or unaccounted for etc.
We or USA has major economic problems far to many people and NOT enough jobs and no social network to really address the truthful poverty levels being ignored yet create by greedy Capitalist & the Federal Govt with legal citizenship immigration grants.
